There are opportunities out there with your name on them. We're building the place you'll find them.
Hunt For Change is a place to find advisory groups, co-design projects, paid roles, fellowships, events, and other ways to actually shape the work that affects you. It opens to young people soon. Subscribe below and we'll let you know when it's ready.
All in one place. For once.
Right now, opportunities for young people to get involved in the sector are scattered across dozens of newsletters, social media accounts, and people who already know other people. If you don't already know where to look, you don't find them. HFC fixes that.
- Advisory groups. Youth advisory groups inside NFPs, councils, and government — where young people shape decisions that affect them.
- Co-design projects. Sit at the table while organisations design programs, campaigns, and services. Get paid for the work.
- Paid roles. Real jobs in the social impact sector — entry-level roles that don't require five years of experience nobody could have at 19.
- Fellowships and programs. Year-long programs, leadership development, scholarships, and training opportunities you didn't know existed.
- Events. Conferences, panels, networking — the rooms where the sector talks to itself and rarely invites young people in.
You'll sign up once. We'll do the work to match you.
You'll create a profile that tells us what you care about, what skills you have, and what kind of opportunities you're interested in. The platform uses what you tell us to surface opportunities that actually fit — not just whatever happens to be open this week.
If lived experience is relevant to you, you can add it. If it's not, you don't have to. Same with everything else — you choose what you share, and what you share shapes what you see.
The platform will also include skill-building resources, mentorship, and connections to networks that help you go from interested in this work to actually doing it.
It's for you, especially if the sector hasn't found you yet.
HFC is for anyone aged 12 to 25 who wants to shape the things that affect them. It's built especially with the young people who don't already get the newsletters, don't already know someone in the sector, and don't already get invited into the rooms where decisions get made — because those are the voices the work actually needs.
Nothing about youth, without youth.
Be the first to know.
Hunt For Change isn't open yet. Subscribe and we'll let you know when it is — plus the occasional update worth your time. No spam, no noise.
This is yours. We're just building it.
