What we collect
When you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you give us — your name and email, and depending on the form, your phone, organisation, role, whether you're a young person (12–25), and your message.
Why
We use what you share to respond to your enquiry, to keep you informed about Hunt For Change, and to understand who's engaging with us.
How it's handled
Form submissions are processed using Google Forms and stored in our systems. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing.
Young people
We collect limited information from young people — first name, email, and age range — and only what's needed to keep them informed. If you're under 18 and want your information removed, email us any time at zinny@huntforchange.org and we'll delete it.
Your control
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email zinny@huntforchange.org.
